With a linear profile, its 234 km run along and explore landscapes and ecosystems that extend from the sea and the Ria to the mountains and the Vouga Valley, where it is possible to find some of the most scenic and spectacular waterfalls of the country. Especially suitable for cycle tourism, the route’s extraordinary infrastructures, such as the Vouga Ecotrail, coincide and connect with several pedestrian routes and cross some of the most important towns in the region.
