The stage that connects the Palhaça and Ílhavo is especially indicated for cycling, covering some stretches of national and municipal roads, and some rural roads. After exploring the nooks and crannies of the village of Palhaça, it leaves the locality by the EN333, heading west, through woods of eucalyptus production, being able to make a small detour before that to visit the Fonte Bebe e Vai-te Park. In Carregosa, it moves away from the busy roads and the woods give way to geometrical and colorful fields of cultivation, which extend to the village of Boco, the name of the river that the stage now finds and will accompany, on the right bank, through rural roads. Before arriving at the Ponte do Fareja Pier, you can make a short detour, on the right, to visit the Church, the Cemetery, the Cross and the Charola de Soza. At this point, you can also take a left turn, passing over the Boco riverbed, to visit the town of Vagos and discover its rich heritage, or take a break at the riverside Quinta do Ega Municipal Park. The stage continues along the Boco to Pedricosa, where it goes inland, crossing forested areas and cultivated fields until Ílhavo Valley, then entering the surroundings of the city of Ílhavo.
