From the top of the mountains to Águeda, this is a stage that enlightens us about a strange phenomenon so common in Portugal. The possibility of going from an isolated place, with its natural forces and tradition, its pristine nature, to a densely populated, industrial and urban place like Águeda in a few kilometers. From Lourizela to the south, in a descending route towards the Alfusqueiro riverbed. Heading west, soon reaches the Alfusqueiro River Park, with its crystalline waters and with the EM574 Stone Bridge creating a scenery of dazzling beauty. In Á-dos-Ferreiros the route goes southwest and in Maçoida it enters the EN333, which will lead you to the center of Águeda. Although you have a bike path at your disposal, ride with caution as it is a road with intense traffic of light and heavy vehicles. In Águeda, explore the urban art spread throughout the corners of the city and, between the 1st of July and the 30th of September, don't miss the colorful and stunning urban spectacle of the Umbrella Sky project!
