Walk through the village and visit the shrine dedicated to São Jacinto. Leaving the village, the landscape changes radically, with shale haystacks, pens and shacks emerging. It continues between walls, by dirt and stone paths, in sharp slopes, accompanied by a landscape of cork oak, descending toward the Tagus. It reaches the bank of the Tagus by a pontoon and follows an old path which ends at the tributary of the Tagus. Always in the company of Ribeira do Fivelo stream, it passes through a weir, through an apiary wall covered in vegetation. Behold the weirs and the norias with their irrigation channels.
