MTB XC Route, beginning and ending at the "Polo A - S. Mamede do Centro de Cyclin' de Castelo Vide/Marvão", located in Beirã. Route of high skill level, that crosses the Natural Park of Serra de São Mamede, by municipal roads, rural hills, some of them walled on both sides, and trails. With a landscape predominantly characterized by the cork oak, holm oak and cattle grazing areas, it also has a quartzite crest, at 850 meters above sea level, where the village of Marvão is located. Here you can take a small detour to visit the village of Marvão and the Castle, the Roman bridge at Portagem and the trail next to the Sever River. This route is partially coincides with routes 01 and 02 of the Castelo de Vide / Marvão Cycling Center (BTT XC).
